It is not a bad idea to eat before working out

Exercising is must to reduce or gain weight. To burn calories a vigorous working out is the best way. But then exercising with the clear stomach is the very bad idea. Empty stomach exercising will disturb the intensity of the exercise thus sabotage our strategies. Skipping a meal is definitely not better than the hard exercise to reach our goal.

When you do exercise at morning times, make sure that you eat some fruits or few bread toast or eggs. That will increase your sugar level on its correct track after the overnight fast. After working out you can some protein and fibre in breakfast. Similarly, when you do work out after work, have some nuts or a sandwich by 4.30pm.
