Typical problems that most people have are indigestion, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Prickly Heat, Sore Throat, over strained Eyes etc. Instead of taking pills and consulting doctor there is very quick remedy which can be done by us with herbs like ginger, lemon, turmeric, tulsi leaves etc.

Ginger:
Nausea is caused by consumption of contaminated food which will make us vomit. The symptoms can usually be treated with home remedies found in the kitchen. Ginger is a very effective anti-nausea treatment. The juice of ginger, mixed with honey, can help control nausea. Drinking lime water by adding salt and sugar will ensure re-hydration.

Lemon:
Indigestion is caused due to over-eating or by consuming unwholesome junk food. Indigestion will make us restless and won’t feel like hungry. The home remedy for this is to consume about one teaspoon of lemon juice mixed with ginger and a pinch of salt.

Diarrhoea will cause dehydration. Due to this immense water from the body will be wasted; to compensate that, fluid items should be in taken. Lemon juice with sugar and water can be frequently consumed. Buttermilk mixed with salt helps fight germs and re-establishes the good bacteria.

Turmeric:
A sore throat can be caused due to changes in the weather. Consuming hot milk with turmeric will get some relief. In a cup of hot water mix a spoon of honey with cinnamon powder and lime juice and consume it as warm drink. This is also very effective.
