Speak out and avoid stress

Although it is accepted and known fact that most of our health problems arise due to stress, we never try to de-stress. When we are in stress we blame everyone and everything. For many reasons we do not come up with what is bothering us.

Due to continue stress most of us loose deep sleep. Lack of sleep ruins the entire day. Smallest of misunderstandings can appear gigantic to the person who wishes to ‘not talk about it’. Talk therapy is recognized as one of the most effective therapies to get rid of stress.

Some people think it is silly to talk about our problems to others. But if we can share or talk about the problems with others will really get relief. Express and discuss the matter what is worrying you. It may be even stupid things to others, never mind, talk.

Talk therapy helps to bring out the deep-rooted thoughts that the person has reserved. By sharing and discussing the depressions and troubles to some one who really hears with patient will make us feel us light. By talking freely will able to get load off our shoulders.

Most problems can be sorted out by simply talking about it instead of burying within ourselves. Each and every problem has a solution. Solve your problems and lead a stress free life.

Nutritious food for a healthy body

In this fast world fast food plays a vital role in our food habits. Most of us make a fuss of the foods that are not nutritious. Eating junk foods has become a passion for the children too.

Eating Healthy and nutritious food help to keep our body system, active and fresh. Avoid fat, oily items which will increase the cholesterol.

Here are some tips:

  • High saturated fats like coconut oil palm oil can be avoid while cooking.
  • Use chicken by removing skin which contains high fat,
  • While cooking green vegetable do not over cook.
  • Instead of peeling the skin of vegetables scrub and use, as many nutrients are found close to the skin.
  • Use fresh vegetables and fruits. Use vinegar while cooking the vegetable which will add flavors.
  • Don not over boil the vegetables use smaller quantity of water while boiling.
  • Avoid fried items eat steamed, baked food to retain the nutrients.

Relaxation with humor

None of us will have an aversion to humor.

Humor sense is a gift and everybody can not deliver humor. Everyone will enjoy humor. Joking, making fun of it, reading jokes, hearing or watching comedy scene is truly a stress relief.

Currently laughing therapy has been introduced as an exercise, which is helpful to break stress. Constant worries can be easily diverted by reading hilarious stories or by watching interesting comedies. Tension and pressure life will definitely lead anxiety, and worry, and in due course healthiness may get ruin.

To manage with all the stress it is important to spend some time for us, there are so many ways to relax, like doing exercise, meditation, listening to music, gardening etc. But easy and very effective technique to get clear of the stress is humor.

Humor can not be easily delivered by everyone, to make others giggle is an art. Happiness lies in each and every thing you enjoy. Laughter is like a medicine. Laugh louder and get rid of all the stress, pain, and tension. Live in the pink and lead a smiley life.

Attitude to make life much easier

Everyday you have the choice to either enjoy your life or to hate it.

The only thing that is truly yours – that no one can control or take from you, is your attitude. So if you can take care of the attitude, everything else in life becomes much easier.

Good Attitude - towards the life, towards the carrier, towards the family, towards the society, as how your mindset is, that matters. You can learn and can be good at anything but if you can lack attitude then nothing would come for the rescue.

Your thoughts and feelings if it is to enjoy, then life can be very easy. Enjoy the life as to a great extent as you be able to, after all we have only one life to live.

Breakfast a key meal of the day

Most of us ignore and give less importance for even food. Who bothers about the nutritious food in the today’s mechanical life?

Most of the children and even adults is skipping breakfast. How many of us really know that we are easily spoiling our health by just having a cup of milk or other beverages instead of a heavy breakfast.

Break fast is the first food, which we in-take after a long break. Break-Fast means breaking the fast. Take healthy food as your breakfast. Skipping breakfast will lead our health into various illnesses. Healthy breakfast will help us to refresh our body system.

It is very good and advisable to have a fresh juice before having breakfast. During breakfast have hot water or tea instead of cold water. Many Heart problems can be avoided if we practice this.

Breakfast should be taken like a king and Dinner as a pauper.
