>>Avoid alcohol and too much coffee. Instead drink plenty of mint tea to which the juice of half a lime has been added and half a teaspoon of honey.

>>Go for walks and take up yoga exercises. Yoga helps balance the mental and emotional levels.

>>Relax with a book or listen to cheerful music.
